The cancellation of a booking only occurs in case of force majeure:
if the weather conditions do not allow safe sailing (cancellation due to bad weather conditions).
In this case an alternative date must be offered to the client. If the customer does not accept an alternative date, the full amount will be refunded.
If your boat has suffered damage or breakdowns that prevent any sailing, the customer will be refunded the full amount.
