To register your boat with binimarmenorca.com, you must:
be able to prove at all times that you are the owner of the boat or that you have a management mandate.
Have regularly declared and/or registered the boat with the competent authorities (e.g. List Sixth).
Keep the vessel equipped and maintained, up to date with technical inspections and safety equipment in accordance with your sailing category.
To take out insurance for the boat, including private hire, and to be able to produce a valid insurance certificate at any time at the request of binimarmenorca.com and the hirer.
